What is wrong with the world if every day people are being killed, every day without respite. Consistently, unfailingly every day.... God! It has to stop. How do people live there? Its like living in a house on the edge of a cliff not knowing whether the door opens onto a free fall.
I cant envisage living in Oxford wondering if I walk instead of cycle whether I will be less likely to be shot. The geeky side of me is now saying perhaps do a case control study to look at risk factors for death in Baghdad.. but that is insensitive and despicable, if for no other reason than for the fact that these bombs dont really discriminate based on genetic makeup.
Sick..sick..blow the whole world up..
